VAExchange Expands to Canada With Online Document Management for Virtual Assistants
Incline Village, NV (PRWEB) November 15, 2007 -- FileWorks (www.FileWorks.com), a document management software developer, today announced a partnership agreement with the Canadian Virtual Assistant Connection (CVAC.ca) to introduce VAExchangeTM--an online document management system for virtual assistants--to CVAC members.
VAExchangeTM is an online document management website and virtual file cabinet with business productivity features tailored for virtual assistants. Virtual assistants share and collaborate on documents by linking to their client accounts at no additional charge. A free month trial is offered at www.VAExchange.com.
"Entering into a partnership with CVAC is a continuation of our effort to identify and develop relationships with important organizations representing the virtual assistant community," said Alan Shaw, CEO of FileWorks. "Document management technology provides virtual professionals with the tools they need to build a more profitable business model wherever they work and wherever their clients are headquartered."
CVAC co-founder Janice Byer commented, "FileWorks has made a real commitment to the VA industry with VAExchange. We are excited to have the unique opportunity to impact our industry by providing input on the site's functions and development."
Virtual assistants benefit by using VAExchange's virtual file cabinet to share files and collaborate in a secure, protected environment, any time and anywhere they have an Internet connection. VAExchangeTM includes a growing suite of document management and collaboration tools, such as document notes, scanning software that stores documents directly in the account, instant notifications, electronic signatures and integrated online faxing.
"It is essential that virtual assistants have the products and tools that will make them more effective and efficient," said Elayne Whitfield, co-founder of CVAC. "VAExchange provides an easy-to-use solution that implements quickly and requires little or no training."
VAExchangeTM helps virtual assistants and their clients feel confident that information and files are secured and protected to a level that most small businesses cannot afford. It is an essential step in developing a comprehensive disaster protection plan for business.
